    i did and i'll be the first to admit i overdid it i'm gonna redo it right so it's only about 3" too much angle on ... everything lol but the front approach angle is AMAZING

    If you're wondering what would be a good replacement shock to replace what you did to yours then get the 5100s.

    And never try something like that again.

    workin on some new leaf packs for the rear a shoestring budget would be a step up for me and i didn't discharge them:eek: i just did two second beads with some quenching between every weld

    Just jack the truck up and then weld the leafs together and the shackle to the frame and the leafs and bingo.

    Nah, the leafs will stack up and he won't get the full arch out of each of them.

    The proper way to do it is turn one leaf pack upside and fab up some really long spring perches on the axle. Gotta remember to put a shackle at each end too. Then you mount the other leaf pack right side up on top of that. 8" baby!



    Everyone should know some rednecks. They're too fucking quality not to keep around.
