Those that have regeared, did you use ECGS or a local shop for regear and what would you recommend? For those that used ECGS, how much of a hassle was shipping the core back?

I used ECGS and a local San Diego TW guru did the swap with no problems. If I'm not mistaken they had prepaid shipping labels and I just took everything to the local FedEx which was ridiculously convenient.

Trip up west side of the playa this last weekend, nevada speed bump(?) And a hole in brothers oil pan. The vodka was being used to clean the oil off in prep for jb weld, we aren't THAT degenerate. Beers for refreshments of course.

Also we need rain! Sad how brown things still are up there.

Not a big deal. I used a home depot bucket with cardboard on the bottom, sides, and top. I've done it four times now :anonymous:

 four times on the same truck? Was it an issue with the ECGS build or something else?

Yea, you would think if it was an accident like a driver left the dump gate unlatched there would be more than just that one spot.

Two were for sheared gears (one under warranty and one considerably discounted). Two were for my other truck.
