We could do a raptor line spray party if a group buy doesn’t pan out...

    Good evening fellers!
I finally had time to teach myself how to take apart the double cardin joint on a 4runner driveshaft, using a bad one that I kept for just this purpose. They come apart differently compared to the domestic style DC's that I'm familiar with. I have to say, the OE Koyo u-joints have some massive needle bearings inside of the caps. Pretty impressive when compared to the Neapco u-joints sold as replacements.

The rear DS on my runner is making bad noises, so I'm hoping that I might be able to piece together something decent between the spare shafts that I have.

Got the portable air compressor the other day from Amazon. It’s smaller than I thought it was going to be but worked out pretty great. I lowered one tire to 20psi and it took a few min to get it back up to 35. Was not hot to the touch after. It also fits in the little cubby inter the back seat.

So are the "normal" 9mm prices 80cents a round now? I know I haven't been active in a while.

Not sure, I haven't bought any 9mm in a while. I did pick up 500rds of .223 last Saturday for $250 in WV.

Dang. So what was .223 before all this? I don't think it was 50cent/rd

Maybe a nice winch for someone.... I’m not sure I’ve not researched these. Not many malls need a winch to get unstuck... it’s in Fallston. FC27F316-450D-47CB-BE97-24C4AD15D84F.jpg

Its getting better, my advice to anyone that asks is, don’t buy it right now just because you see it or because you think you wont be able to find it again. Now is the time for the people that are new gun owners or that don’t have any to buy it. If everyone else just sits back for a few months and rides the wave, the prices will come down because the demand will finally start to come down.

Its all supply and demand, none of it costs any more than it did to produce, if they tell you any different, they are lying.

I personally won’t buy X caliber over X cents a round (usually all the common pistol calibers and .223/556) but, I have been buying the stuff that didnt change much. Such as shotgun rounds of various kinds and calibers, some variations of .22, and some less common rifle calibers.

Trust me, if you let the demand go back down, the prices will fall with it. It is already getting easier to find certain things and that is making it better. I check 3-5 shops every single week now and I leave my area to check other shops at least once a month. If I go in one, and I see they’ve been price gouging for 3 weeks in a row and their stock hasn’t changed much, i’m not buying anything from them. If I also see that they have 10-20 9mm handguns and only 200 rounds of 9mm, I will not buy any because they need to be able to sell ammo with those firearms. I remember back in the day when every firearm purchase came with a box or two of ammo…thats just how it was. So every time I buy a firearm, I expect to not necessarily get a box of ammo for free anymore, but to at least be able to purchase a box or two with the gun.

Your buddy at BSTP has been treating me extremely well. I’ve been in there a bunch and i’ve probably sent at least a half a dozen people his way and all of them have had a great experience. The new shop is very very nice.

Yea Tony is easy to deal with. I've been sending him customers for a few years now, all pleased with their purchases. His new store with the ammo room is nice.

Was able to identify the hardtop is for a Mercedes 190SL (1955-1963), but this big window style was specifically made during 1959-1963 production years.

    Others I found online:
    Blue, big window, rusted $4,500
White, good condition, big window, torn headliner $5,000
Blue, small window, missing glass $2,800

Now I just need to find someone to buy it.
