    Does anybody have a taste for spicy jams or jellies? Do they count as hot sauce?

    My local farmer's market just started back up and there is a stall there that always has a crapload of selection. I'm not usually into anything that preserves or jams goes on, but these people have an amazing salsa. I'll probably end up getting something different next time I'm there.

    Spicy panini:

    Bread
    Spicy jam
    Jalapeno slices for crunch
    Deli meat (turkey always works with spicy jams)
    Cream cheese and maybe a sliced cheese for extra cheesiness and cheese pull

    Smash it all together in a panini press till the jam and cheese get all ooey gooey and a bit caramelizes on your bread edge.

    I don’t get too carried away with this one as it has a tendency to rough up my taste buds when given the chance.

    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    I heard it was good. Just haven't gotten on board with it yet. I like the one truffle hot sauce I have so far, but I find I use it a bit less than the non-truffle of the same brand.
