This is my first toggle action, I’m pretty excited about it, it’s smooth and fast, we have some Browning T-bolts which seem like nice guns but they’re close to double what I ended up paying for the Steyr.

I’m making it my mission to buy the used guns that are unique and have stayed in our inventory for more than a few months, it feels good to give them a home and I can get better deals on them than pretty much any other gun. I just need people to send me money to fund it

Minus the red dot which I already had, in the neighborhood of $1200. Yes much cheaper ones can be had, but do they look this good and are they this light?!?!

7.5”, but the hand guard is 9” to hug up to the flash can. So it looks a bit longer than it should.

Gotcha. That’s a little shorter than I thought. Doesn’t having a barrel that short compromise range & accuracy?

    My first build:
Aero lower with a SBA PDW brace and Magpul alternate mag release.
Going to get a Palmetto State 10.5 inch upper soon. 16209353977116987402280867546112.jpg

Yes, but I built this for fun lol. Very little recoil and again super light, my 5’ 120lb wife has no issues running it. If I wanted a long shooter, I’d build a 6.5 creed. Which I probably will soon.

That’s actually a SBA PDW brace. One of the better ones out there!

The BAD lever takes some getting used to, but it is convenient.

    Question for you folks.

I want a nice 556/223 build but don’t feel like building one at the moment. I’m trying to keep my budget below 1.5k.

    Thoughts?

    TIA.

Understood. No judgment...it’s a nice looking build. I’m new to building and trying to figure stuff out. I’ve seen all kinds of builds on here... I keep finding myself leaning in the direction of BCM parts/builds but, dang those parts come with a price tag & seem hard to find in stock.
