    3 inch lift, painted badges, k&n cold air, cherry bomb, tinted windows, yellow fogs, and more to come
    so i started my satoshi build today here are some pics :)
    [​IMG] cut the insert out
    [​IMG] this is the epoxy i used
    [​IMG] The paint and putty from a local parts store bout $25
    [​IMG] epoxyed in some plastic pieces from the insert
    [​IMG]

    [​IMG] put some tape to hold on the pieces while the epoxy settled
    [​IMG] the pics of the putty and sanding alot of sanding
    [​IMG] and the paint on the inside :D gonna paint the grille white..... waiting from the mesh to come in... should have it done friday or saturday ill post pics when done.... What do you think

    I'm in the process of doing a white one right now as well. Paints all done, I had a auto body supply shop here mix my white for me turned out great. Just waiting on mesh to. Hope yours turns out good for you.

    whats the color code on your truck.... 040?? j/w cause that paint i bought is the same color as my truck its in the first pic its 040 paint paid 7 bucks for it body shop cant touch that lol

    I remember sanding a lot. I hate sanding.

    I have had mine for about a year and the only issue I have ad is the cable ties popping off. I fixed them a few months ago and so far so good.

    got the mesh from http://www.customcargrills.com/products.asp?cat=67... i picked the small hexagon design it should be in the mail tomorrow so ill post pics :)

    Yeah my paint code is 040. As far a attaching the grille I got some L brackets for shelving from homedepot and exopy them to the grille. I'll just tie wrap to those.
