Well, it took 3x as long as planned and cost 3x as much -- my $100 New Holland is ready to go, with Daisy along to help.KIMG1405.jpg

    Well, almost...
This MoJack is great to use but is big as a piano to store.

    Several hours later...
Raised the property value from "abandoned" all the way up to "poorly maintained".
For a single cylinder job (Kohler Command 15) this little guy rips right along, the deck is a 42". Love the foot pedal hydro, so intuitive to use, I have an old Craftsman on the fender, silly place to put it. KIMG1408.jpg

Here's my old Wheelhorse version of your NH. I love my lift and take off the arms to minimize the footprint.

Your lift looks much heavier than mine. I think they are all space hogs.
Looks like you WH has wheel covers? Deluxe!

This lift is a tank. Without the arms it is an ATV lift with 750lb capacity.

Get em up at bench height and spray the beads with cooking spray. Extra set of hands helps. I like to have a board down to push the rim up against to prevent sliding. I steer the tires on like a steering wheel. Prepare to curse.

replaced both of mine. 2nd was a hell of alot easier.. to break the bead i used a 2x6 and my truck. Gave my drive and reverse gear selector a workout

soapy water around the rim and a long flat head screw driver + tire install iron from Harbor freight made quick work if you know what your doing

    Good luck

wd40 works well to seal the bead but if your not comfortable with fire a ratchet strap or just a simple bouncing it while filling with air works

    Reserected from the dead.
Get a deep jaw bar clamp. Squeeze the tire until it's oval shape. The rim slides right out.

I did 8 mower tires in a month.
Fortunately my old Farmall 140 came with the bead breaker attachment.
If you can bolt the wheel to something good and heavy it really helps, I used a piece of all thread.
I take the valve core out and use the blow gun to help seat the bead.

That idea came after fighting with the first tire for 30 minutes :annoyed:, the other 7 were way easier.

had the same experience with the first tire. the damn thing fought me for 30 min. Even the 2x6 and truck weight didnt budge the beam. 2nd tire was off in 2 min

Not a FUEL fire thank god! UNIT IS OK I THINK.

Mowing along......wood smoke, grass smoke.............what the hell??? TONS OF SMOKE - WIFE COMES RUNNING OUT! Quick over to a moist area. Seemed like a little friction fire center blade, caught some sticks and a pine cone or three. We live in a wet area. I cannot imagine how this may of taken off in a DRY place...............
