I neglect my Taco way too much and it definitely does not get the TLC it deserves.
    Don't get me wrong,
    - I'm not a spit and polish, baby cloth wiping, fretting over any scratch sort of person.
    - But I'm also not hamburgers under the seat, 20 used bottles or fast food wrappers every where either.
"What have you done to your Tacoma Today?"
    - Took it out to the car wash to get some of the baked on pollen and grim off, well at least the first layer, so I can do more soon.....

Welp, had to cut out all four cam adjustment sleeves when doing my LCA bushings. Fun times. That carbide blade worked well Zane, thanks. @Speedytech7

Make sure there's a big enough gap between the two bushing halves for the grease to get to the pivot point. Not sure how much gap you have with those bushings, so you might need to cut a little slot.

And for those asking, you can do this with whitelines too, but you'll need to press the bushing in first and then drill a hole all the way to the center.

So he can add zerks to the UCA arms to grease the bushings.

I wish I had done that, just replaced my SPC bushings and they are noisy as hell again 2 months later. Worse than before actually

Thanks. If I had waited another minute I would have figured that out from the "what size zerks" question.

I just installed Whitelines. I hope I don't regret not zerking...

M8 1.0 zerks for greasing the LCAs. I wish I I'd thought to match the size of the zerks on the drive line before I bought these, but whatevs. Curious if anyone knows the drive line size...?

Yeah, I thought of that when I was installing. There's a gap - maybe 3/32nds or so between the bushings when they are inserted, which is nice - gives a good path down to the sleeve. Still, I cut a small relief in the edge of the bushings so that they wouldn't get hung up on the zerk since it pokes through just a little bit on the inside. My suspicion is that I'll have to loosen the cams to relieve pressure on the bushings to get grease in there anyway.

Should I just be using a moly grease on these? That's what it looked like was in the little packs from Strongflex - looks a lot like what I put in the SPC UBJ.

I use Black moly grease on everything. Needs to be Lithium based to not deteriorate the Poly is all. Works great and last a long time. Cheap too.

Nothing specials. Just mastercraft shit or something from Oreily's.

Yeah, great, thx. I use this Valvoline stuff which is exactly that, and cheap. Was one of the recommended/approved ones from SPC. Actually, I need to buy another one since I just used up a tube on the UCAs.
