They say it was the panic buying that hit NC but from reports now coming out the tank farms had very low storage inventory 50% or less in NC and people are asking why now.

 

If that house hunting is going like ours in the NC/SC area it sucks at the moment!

Its funny here because yesterday trucks were every where dumping fuel and of the 19 stations by me no fuel to be had anywhere... WTF?

 

Time to put the Human element back and remove the computer. Pipe Lines operated for a long time just fine before the "Computer Age" eliminated the Human. Wait until the "Electrical Grid" is Hacked , Blackouts will be everywhere. Now its coming out that the "flow" system was hacked and they could not get accurate billing to the customer or wholesaler absolutely epic..

Our guy told my wife this morning they were supposed to be hauling Citgo gas today but there isn’t any. Sheetz is also out here, our guy said you know it’s bad when Sheetz doesn’t have any

 

Lol... It's nuts at the selective brands that are out of fuel as most of them have their own trucking ops...

And for the house hunters, it's still insane up here, too. Nothing lasts and everything is selling for more than it's listed for.

A few nights ago we finished up the paperwork to refinance the house. Final numbers - dropped 1.125% on the interest rate, cut 7 years off of the mortgage, payment went up $400 but we're going to offset that by killing off her student loan that we've been paying $300 on. All told it will save us $70k over the next 15 years.

Here in Salisbury, Gas is hit and miss. According to the "News" this morning 70% or gas stations in NC are without gasoline. But they promise it will get better in the next couple of days. I taking the first vacation I've had in 5 years. Heading to Surf City to do some fishing, so there dam well better be some gasoline available by Monday.

 

I made this box blade for Cole a while back and he ask me the other day if I could make a hitch for it so he could hook it to one of his tractors. I told him next time he came with me to work we would. He grabbed it this morning and even made me a sketch when we got here
