    Good morning friends. Happy Friday.

COVID test first thing this morning so that I can run on a treadmill Monday for the doc.

@Cypherian - Bring Kujo up here stat. Little shits are going around town breaking into cars. They’ve been in the neighborhood almost every night this week. Maybe a game of bear bait...

A little of this and a little of that.
    Good morning :hattip:

Regular three-ring circus at work this morning. I got the turn-over from night shift and said “this is what we’ve been trained for”. My manager went back to his office.

    Keep safe.

    Morning all

A kid had a birthday party. Parents got him a mylar balloon. Kid let the mylar balloon go and was sad.

Then the mylar balloon hit a power line and took out the power to my customers location. Customer was sad

I spent 3 hours reloading software because of that little bastard.
    I was sad

Someone once said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

    They never loaded software.

Note- turns out Einstein never said that. In fact they don't know where it came from.

:hattip:Good morning everybody. We made it to Friday! WooHoo!

We wrapped up most of our homicide case yesterday. A few things to finish next week and that one will be done.

I have a Neurologist appointment this morning for the results of my MRI, see what the pain in my neck is all about. After that it’s back to work to help cook for our staff appreciation steak dinner. It’s an annual thing my agency does for LE appreciation month. Command Staff will be cooking about 400 steaks and all the fixings then delivering to all the districts for the patrol shifts, investigations, jail, civilian admin staff. It’s always a big hit with the troops and a really long day for us cooks. Lol

Mark, what part of Oregon are you headed to? I stumbled onto some trip reports for the Steens Mountain/Alvord Desert area and now have them on my “want to go there” list.
