Here’s a report from black stone. I don’t think they have a lot of data points available, so take it for what it's worth. This was the 4th drain n fill in 65k miles.

4x in 65k miles??? Seems extremely excessive. So, I have to ask why?

That is a lot of drain and fills with that few of miles. Were you having transmission issues or something?

Because a spill n fill is about a third of system capacity and I've been known to eat up transmissions, I've replaced 7 transmissions in the last 2 vehicles I've owned.

Also, I'm not necessarily sold on the life of the oil.

That's a problem. Maybe work on shifting or try something diff than changing fluids a lot

You replaced 7 transmissions. That’s a problem. Don’t bang gears or if it’s an auto don’t floor it everywhere or tow and floor it. Idk what you’re doing but obviously there’s an issue going on

Nice to see this info...Thanks! I did a 6 quart spill n fill as you call it (3 qt then drove a few mile then the other 3) at 30,000 miles. I figure 3 qt (spill n fill...love it!) every 20,000-30,000 is cheap insurance plus refreshes the oil. Arizona heat is a killer in the summer and hard on vehicles especially in stop and go traffic. I spent 7 years there, lived in Mesa, worked at Williams AFB when it was open.

Nice! Yeah my trans thermostat is pinned open and I routinely get 206f when getting off the freeway, with an "upgraded" cooler too.

Are you measuring the pan temp/vs TC?
206 on the pan is high with pinned thermostat. Mine opens between 190-195 and I never seen 200 on the pan on mountain passes even in summer.
Also, if you are tuned, check your tc locking settings. Some tunes have them off for for 3, 4 low speed driving, causing high TC temp.

Something is wrong with your AT cooling setup. Generally temps of the coolant and AT Pan should be close (+-10°)
