Update: passenger turbo-DP gasket is definitely blown, requires replacement.

Picking up turbo-exhaust mani gaskets from Ford locally, may as well replace the passenger side gasket as well while in there.

Is there any word on getting the DTC lights fixed? Sorry I haven't been in the loop. I would really like to use cruise control again.

2nd package will be shipped as soon as I can reliably get to the DHL office ( there is no gas available around here right now)

What are your codes for? O2 sensors?

The sensors could be as simple as your downpipe to y-pipe connection.

I put on those sensor spacers with mini cats and when I tightened up the DP-YP connection better, my o2 sensor codes went away

I guess I'm going to have to get under the truck because I have been hearing what sounds like a possible exhaust leak for awhile now. Maybe that's one of my issues is a small exhaust leak. I am gonna do a pressure test on all my intercooler piping to see if maybe I have a vacuum leak somewhere causing the maf code.

As soon as I get the fix for my cold start issues, I’m sending mine in for smoke testing to find that ‘very small evap leak’, I’m hoping that’ll take care of a couple codes. Is it plausible that the same little leak is causing both codes?

I have been dealing with evap codes since my truck was new. Dealership gave me the run around for 4 years. Hasn't been fixed yet. It could very well be the same leak though in front of the evap purge solenoid.

Does techstream have a purge and seal test? Could help narrow things down for you.

You can run an evap test on techstream. I have done it several times.

Didn’t get any additional info that I saw, just the same code readout, said 1 flag. Will head in for a smoke test here soon.

    @OVTune

Would multi-layer metal gaskets be a better option compared to those graphite ones for the Turbo-DP?

    No chance. Locked down.

Ziggy, for the record I would have done a FPS Russia on that truck by now too...

Hope you get things straightened out soon brother.

An update on the intake side
( these are just fitment examples so ignore the unfinished surface)

MAF tube to intake has been changed (larger) will smooth flow readings
    less couplers, connections.

Sorry for the mid-cycle changes on this stuff. I understand things have been moving much slower than expected.

Are the remaining kits getting these casted items, or is this the next batch?
