When I had ECGS do my 3rd's 4 years ago they charged me $3200. That was front and rear with ARB and Nitro 5.29 gears. All I had to do was pull my old 3rd's, put in the new ones then mail them the old ones back with pre-paid postage. It took about 3 hours to swap both 3rd's. They built the 3rds for about $300 more then I could source parts and do it myself. That was a no-brainer.

Since you already have the e-locker it's gonna be a little harder for you to re-gear unless you have them build the front and do the rear yourself. I'd be happy to give you a hand if you decide to do it. Or you could just keep the 3rd gen as the mild off-road rig and then buy a 3rd gen 4runner to go beat mode on. Having a dedicated trail rig makes it a lot easier to do hard trails. When you break it you still have a DD to get around. lol

Also, how are your welding skills? I broke my drivers side rear shock tower completely off the front crossbar, cracked it all the way along the rear crossmember, and the best part it photo 3. When it broke along the frame weld it must have stress fractured the frame. Instead of the welds failing the welds held and took out a chunk of frame with it. :frusty::notsure:

Sounds about right. Three years ago I spec'd out ECGS for 4:88/5.29's with a front ARB at $4K. I even pulled that money out of an account, but I diverted it elsewhere. I had a plan to ship them out... :frusty:

Oh well... a mild off-roader it will be.
