Just received my sunroof model hex rack, it looks amazing! However, the included jacknuts are too wide for the rear rectangular holes and the included screws are too long for the dome light holes.

I have a 19 TRD Pro by the way. If anyone else has this problem and has come up with a simple solution I’d love to hear about it.

    Edit:

Forget what I said, I’m just weak and dumb apparently. I just had to force it a little bit and everything works fine, I’ve just never messed with these jacknuts and didn’t want to ruin em. Also, I’m blind I guess. I completely overlooked the single packaged INSTALL SCREW. Jesus. Somebody put me out of my misery already.

That sunroof hex rack makes me want to get one for my non-sunroof truck.

    Hey guys-
Sorry about being MIA, it's been busy to say the least.
This is just the load from Thursday... Still have Friday and Today:goingcrazy::curls:

    To answer a few questions;

The Prototype overhead CENTER CONSOLE is still in development. It will only work for the non-sunroof models.

For black hardware, you are more than welcome to switch it out. I tried looking for black stainless screws but it added to the cost.(and I didn't want regular black oxide coated steel)
    The lengths are as follows:
    REAR SCREWS(X2) M6X45MM
    FRONT SCREWS(X2) M6X60MM
    Dome Retention screws(X2) M6X15MM

The jacknuts can be a little snug when inserting into the hole(this is a GOOD thing) just like a rivet, you want the tightest fit before locking it down.
YOU WILL HAVE EXTRA HARDWARE. I included extras of jack nuts, washers, bolts, etc just in case you loose some.

Again, thanks for all the support and happy to hear racks are starting to arrive and install:D.

    Probably not.
But being a Meso addict, why not buy it!
Maybe I can bolt it to my non-hex overhead molle rack?

I know sunroof owners that have bought the non-sunroof version, *cough* in this very thread.

That is a beautiful photo. Thanks for all you do! I can't wait for the release of the center console mount. I'm on the edge of my seat!

Super easy install. Take about 20 mins. The worst part is getting the factory light back in.

    Edit:
Oh on the jacknuts, the supplied bolt once it catches, go a turn or two. First one I didn’t let any come through the end and it pulled bolt out without seating jacknut. So thankful for the extras!

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I can't get the jack nuts to seat properly where the dome light goes. I'm using the rear mounting holes like the video shows. The jack nuts are loose and I've gone through all of the spares. The two jack nuts near the rear window both seated properly with no issues. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I feel like a kid who received a toy kit when I got this. Not only the box itself and it's design but I feel like it's Christmas with this thing. Friggin awesome. Well done Meso with the presentation.

The front def have to make sure push it up harder. The back your not fighting gravity. The roof ones it’s easier to let off a little
