I tend toward far from fine. But my best right now is a bottle of Ten High that I did in an oak barrel in my kitchen for another 2 weeks and it is high class now.

but my usual is bird dog peach. Although I do have a peach praline (old camp) I bought on a whim and that is smooth (to me).

if you haven’t caught on yet - my drinking tastes and preferences mirror that of Becca/Bri/Katie (insert any generic white girl name) from Alpha Beta Alpha sorority (insert generic Greeks letters here). I’m a cheap date.

i have one of those on the shelf. And a peanut butter. I think That’s it for bird dog. Then the self aged and then the old camp.

the problem here is I switched from beer - less bubbles, etc for when I want to drink. I made that switch early last fall when whisky rolled smooth. Now that it’s summer sitting outside in the sun or after mowing the lawn, you want to enjoy a nice cold beer or white claw. Not a nice warm glass of whisky. So now I’m conflicted.
