Please talk to us about the CVC time. Hearing a little bit about it but can’t find any good details. TIA.

It's a related custom-made performance tune similar to KDmax and others out there. The user who created the tune, Chan is well-known in the FB community for tuning across the country over the past few months. Unfortunately, since both tunes are locked for edits, there isn't any comparison we can provide, other than both offer a drastic improvement over 2.0 base.

ask my wallet about my modifications...
Had my KDM6 SLT tune done today by @PNWTacoma. What a great guy and it only took a few minutes.
After he was done, I went to drive around the block to see if I could feel the difference and I ended up driving her for almost an hour, it's pretty amazing!
Most definitely recommend if you want to put a "tiger in your tank"...

The KDMAX XT (extra throttle) is the one you want.

Sorry if this is asked and answered a hundred times already, but are there substantial differences between whichever tune you choose (OV/CVC/KDMAX), or simply personal preference?

Its personal preference. The KDMax and CVC are variants of a performance tune based off of OV 2.0 and are all way better than stock. It’s best to read reviews on the various TW threads and FB groups.

I’m interested in the KdMax but don’t wanna read thru the noise in the thread.
I have the OV Tune 2.0 and it was good/noticeable but after I switched to 285/75-16 STT Pro, “performance” feels like I didn’t get a tune at all, also getting about ~10 MPG city.

Will KdMax be better for me? Haha
