    Good advise Rob. It is a sellers market out there now. There are bidding wars going on with some houses that drives the price up.

    Been there before John. Sometimes I went with "Happy wife Happy life" and other times (with a good sound explanation as to why) NO FN' way. After the initial :angrygirl:. We talked it out and she did:amen: agree with me. I wrote it down on the calendar for future arguments:thumbsup:. Good Luck Sir.

    So reminds of a story...

    When our oldest was 18, we were all getting ready for a family outing. Wife is upstairs doing something and son and I getting lunch and gear ready dowstairs. I don't remember the exact question I yelled upstairs to her, or the exact words of her response, other than it made NO SENSE. I turn to my son and asked, "what does that mean?" To which he replied, "I don't know Dad, 18 years and I still don't speak "Mom." :laughing:

    Just keep laughing fellas, it's our best defense. ;)
