I gave someone a 20rd box of 223 55gr Winchester Silvertips who was desperate for varmint ammo. Hopefully that stuff comes back in stock soon.

i found a small place that does them for 15/per. Or a regular store for 20. The high price for a transfer locally is $50.

 

Flea market day. Knife is a KA-BAR.

 

$18 and change per box at a local sporting goods store. Not too bad at all.

 

Think the guy said it was 30s - 40s era.

 

I spent $7 to get into a gun show that had no guns yesterday. It was at a casino, so I guess that should have been my first clue.
Mostly knives and magazines, some Avon and way overpriced ammo.
Needless to say I bought nothing

that is more like early 1920's when the Union Razor/Cutlery company was formed and KA-BAR name was trademarked these were used as hunting knives and I think the handles were bone of some kind if I remember right. My uncle was a HUGE knife guy and had many KA-BARS from the Korean and Veitnam wars as he was in both. Alcas Corporation/Cutco is now making the KA-BARS since the mid 90's....

I bought one box 50rd 9mm for $20 only one box per person but i havent seen it that low in a long time

 

Cabelas has had 500rd cases of 9mm for $159. $15-ish per 50rds.

But the neckbeards and Californians trying to keep a low profile are like 20 deep.

 

Thanks a bunch haven't found much online about it. I'm tempted to make a new sheath and carry it while hunting/fishing. With the way prices are on guns and ammo I'm starting to focus more on knife collecting. The guy I got it from is a regular at the flea market so ill be going back to him.

 

f'ed up and posted this in the wrong thread. went to a local gun show yesterday in St. Charles Mo. (no masks, yea!) and picked up a BCM angled foregrip for my CX4 and a original Colt N-1 stock for my AR slickside, $5.00 for the grip and $20.00 for the stock with a slip over butt pad. worth the price of admission.
