    That's my reason for change. I was NOT as good at sitting by the fire as I thought. Takes too many beers, and I'm a busy boy around here!
    With this one, I can load a whole bag or charcoal, add chunks and chips to my hearts desire, set, and go do stuff! And go to 700* when I need to!

    Hey @Texoma, no rush. I recently had an OME 2 inch kit/dakars and UPCs installed and really am looking for somebody super knowledgeable to give it a once over and make sure everything is installed correctly, etc. Mostly for my piece of mind! I don't have the most trust in the shop that did the install.
