Couldn't figure out why the truck was under steering so bad... figured it out when I checked the tire pressure and they had gotten up to 40 lbs! Dropped down to 28lbs and now it grips way more. Two runs left!

Just throw on the clear filter. That way a guy can see what's being sucked in from the tankolator

My buddy took 1st place in RTU today...with his '93 FD

And a couple of trucks. One is an '03 5.3 iron block with a turbo. Don't know the specifics. Lot's of power but slow. No way to get it to the ground.

The blue one is the one I was telling you about the other day. It's a turbo big block. Faster than the white one but still slow because it's all wheel spin.

Probably get a glass one that would work with it. Couldn't be much more than 30 psi

I've come to the realization that it's not gonna be a good daily driver. It's more of a weekend or project car. Perfect for someone who wants to slap a 4G63 in it. Soon as I get the title I'm gonna slap a $3,500 sign on it and take the first $3,000 I get. Obviously I'm gonna get it running right first. Thought it woulda been a cool daily driver/beater, but I'm tired of tinkering with it. I want something that I can put gas in it and do an oil change every so often.

I still have some older (2017) Pennzoil Platinum Euro 0w40 left in my stash. Was gonna throw that in the Talon, but maybe not. I placed an order on RockAuto for some things and got a couple cheap oil filters for it. Typically my beaters get Rotella T5 10w30 or T6 5w40. Been topping it off with T4 15w40. Need all those dinosaurs and vitamins!

Wow, I must be pretty dense today...

Once I get'er running I'll just drive it on the weekends, but definitely not gonna depend on it for going to work while I'm waiting on a buyer. Not gonna take a loss on this one. Might use that 0w40 yet.

Damn, that woulda been a really cool trip and story. :(

I'm trying to possibly get my other co-workers 92 or 93 Toyota truck. 22RE, 4wd, and 5 speed. Or another co-worker has an early 00's GMC Jimmy with under 100K on it. I'm trying to sell some more stuff to be able to afford them or pay off crap from getting this one road worthy. I have a nice Specialized Rockhopper bike I'll never use I'm trying to sell. Trying to think what other things around here I don't need. Hell maybe even that torpedo heater I just bought I'll probably never use again. Barely has a gallon run through it

EDIT: Guess I got an extra Stihl weed-eater I don't need. That's another easy $100! Trying to resort to not whoring myself out
