No but Mt Pluto (North Star) and Mt Rose are both doormat volcanos. There is a fault under the lake that can produce a 7.3 earthquake and a 30 foot tsunami according to google and it has happened before.

Man that would suck, a 7.3 would be catastrophic anywhere but especially with a huge lake near the town.

It would be. there are so many houses on the water, so glad I live on the uphill side of the 50. All these houses below me would be destroyed.

My brother is looking at buying a Tundra, now that he works for the local BMW dealership that owns the Toyota one as well and gets a good discount.

Told him to be prepared to open up that wallet for its abysmal gas mileage but otherwise I dunno much about what to look for in a Tundra. It's a double cab 2008 4x4 with 66k miles.

Big mirrors are gone off the 02 here. All the 4runners I could find had a manual knob to adjust the driver seat so I think they are too old

Speaking of gas, Oregon or anywhere else that is full-service sucks. You have to hand your key over to the dirty 16yo old to unlock the gas cap and then they never tighten the cap properly. P0442 codes 2 out of 2 times.

Is it actually loud and annoying or is the customer being unreasonable?

If anything, owning a 17 year old truck that makes all kinds of sounds has made me less sensitive to such things in vehicles.

Although, if I spent tens of thousands on a brand new one I might feel differently. Don't really have any desire to buy new though.

What's funny is when I went backpacking in Oregon some 2 years ago, I stopped at a station to fill up.

Some young girl (wearing an apron from said gas station) walked up to me and I fully brushed her off, only for a guy to come up and brush him off.

I hate with an absolute passion, when someone comes up to me unexpectedly and I damn near told them to go fuck themselves after the second person walked up.

    I paid, and left.

It wasn't until I got to another gas station hours later that I was told based on a # of people per city/county, you can't pump your own gas.
