    Floor shifter plate is available. Dont know if its good or not. The boot is good though. If your doing a prerunner conversion you can dremel out a hole in yours.

    Yeah, The interior door panel has a vinyl armrest, I think it's technically two or three components, I'm looking for the top surface. The part that directly supports the elbow in use.

    I have a plasma cutter, but can't find the rubber boot. I found a new oem assembly through my local Toyota dealership, wholesale is still 2fiddy.
