If you look at the 5yr chart this Golden Ocean Group (GOGL) in Burry's 13f looks a lot like the Wyckoff Distribution that Bitcoin is on now and it's looking like it's headed right into another cycle now. I don't dabble with options but it looks like it could make for a few easy plays if yall are up for the gander

I feel like when you're at the optometrist and they say "This one, or This one..."
Take a look at after hours volume...
Basically the entire float of $GME would have traded after hours if it has $AMC volume ;)
10x the price, 100x the volume

I had a very positive revelation on the elliptical...
If $AMC can do this with THAT...Say it breaks $16 tomorrow and then $20 sometime soon...
    Imagine what $GME can...WILL....do

Wew lad, Reddit going hard on this "Glacier Capital doesn't exist!!" narrative and frankly... it looks like they do exist.
They're usually suspicious of posts getting awarded and then upvoted like crazy, but when it's related to something meme-y like mayonnaise or a phantom hedge fund, all of a sudden it gets a pass.

This is a dangerous level of circle jerking after a green day and to me it reeks of a FUD setup. Literally the most cursory of searches will surface most of this information, but nobody seems to be bothered checking on it because of that sweet confirmation bias.

To me it looks like it does. To Reddit, this is a phantom fund hedgie play of some sort.

Digging into any of the "DD" around this (of which there is almost none) it reads to me like teenagers (or naive adults) with poor comprehension and understanding of certain aspects of web technologies/businesses are seeing what they want to see and disregarding ancillary facts that poke holes in the theory.

I don’t think fidelity is going to approve me for options so what other place could I open an account for that most likely would? For example the calls @TreeFortRichard mentioned today would interest me. As well as my coworker that I shoot the shit with is teaching me about options in repayment for me telling him to buy ctxr trit link when it was 28 cardano before a 45% run. Only thing I’ve got him to buy that hasn’t made a nice run quickly is pltr. Which he got in at high 18’s low 19 and understands it’s long term.

He has a 1/23 amc 15$ call that he’s been watching just slowly come up over this past week and he flipped shit today.
I know I’ll lose money on options more than likely but it interests me and it’ll take up some time staring at charts and stuff.

Does webull approve options to most people?

I'm on TDA and like them, YMMV.

What've you done to make them think you're too stupid to gamble your money away on options? I've only ever had to fill out a form where I acknowledge that I am a "moderately sophisticated" investor and that options are a complicated scam...

Will second this. TDA and the form was a basically a competency test. Name? Date? Done.

TDA also has a paper trading platform. I haven't delved into options yet, but the paper trading is what drew me to TDA.

Technically by Fidelity’s terms I have 0 years of trading experience even though I used minor account for past two years before I was 18. As well as they asked for employment net worth salary etc. being a soon to be college freshmen who works 30-35 hours a week for only 4 summers, I feel like they wouldn’t be inclined to let me.I’ve heard of people not being accepted on fidelity.

Also fun fact when they asked about net worth. Figured out my truck is about half of what my total net worth would be… still not a bad position for someone my age I think.

But what I’ve seen is fidelity is much more restrictive as far as approval for options. It’s really tempting to setup a Robinhood account just for messing around with options and have like 200 bucks in there and see what happens.

Yea, I got it middle of the day, it went under 36 and I missed it and went back over 38 and thought I might have to settle for that, then it dipped again just under 36 and I caught it just on the way back up at 36.06.
