I tell you what, its hard. I frigging hungry all the time. What killed me was drinking those heavier beers and eating wings and shit late at night with the guys. Hell were all fat now. Reminds me of the SNL skit with goodman and farley DA-BEARS.

2 years ago I went through all of this, lost 40 lbs looked great and felt good. I then went and put it all back on again. If it weren't bad you got fat, its worse when you lose and put it all back on again. So I started again, and hopefully I can lose.

PS I was 30 in 98 and at 179, I didnt get heavy until 38 when I looked in the mirrror one day and said WTF.

    Hhmmm............ 220-33 = 187 x .75 = 140ish
    187 x .80 = 150ish

That looks like it could hurt.

Its kinda misleading though... When I work out, I can't even start sweating until I start flirting with the 170s. I have a friend who runs marathons and his heartrate wont even hit 150 after sprinting. These are ballpark figures for sure, dependent on current health situation

But once really skinny people realize that they need to eat a ton of GOOD food, and not spend hours in the gym... I have seen them get HUGE!!!

Yeah, that's what I mean... You gotta take all this stuff with a grain of salt. Exercise regimens and diets need to be tailored to the individual, not just body type and past.

yes, this.....You have to start slowly. remember it tooks years to put all that on, you will def hurt yourself if go hardcore right out of the box. I strained my foot the first time. I now do about 2 miles on the treadmil at 4.0 miles an hour. Then I do 7 mins on the eliptical. I do that every day. I do weights 3 days per week. For me...it seems to work, and I eat better now too.

    Let's trade!!! :D

I don't mind so much if I only had to do 1st & 2nd shift once in a while. I cringe at the thought of doing 3rd shift. That shift is nothing but a cluster*fart on life. I can never sleep right and I feel like crap.
2nd shift I never see my husband all week.
