Charlotte, NC area: hate on OP, houses, boats & hoes

yeah I quickly ran some numbers and it wouldn’t be but ~$400 more a month than we are paying now to go to a 15yr note and that is with taking out $25k as well.

I need to do a deeper dive but it seems like a good option for now while the market hopefully sorts itself out soon.

We are 4.5yrs into a 30yr note currently. Have paid down approx $19k on the principal thus far.

 

I refinanced mine in order to upgrade everything. Pulled about $46k in equity out. It goes fast! Just the kitchen was $10k. But I still only owe $120k at the time of refinance. So still a cheap payment and worth way more than I owe.

 

I rent... while I wait on the market adjustment or the bubble to pop.

 

Anyone been out near Morganton the last few days? Any updates on gas?

I have my dad in town for another week or so, want to take him to the mountains but want to make sure I can get gas this weekend.

 

I havn't been through there since last Monday, which was the day Coop declared the state of emergency and set this thing off, but I would be surprised if you were unable to get gas by the weekend.

 

Yea I'm feeling good about my route taking a tank of gas but would like to feel a little better and top off near Morganton

 

We stopped at exit 86 on 40 yesterday morning, a pilot and a marathon there. No issues getting gas at all.

 

Check out the gas buddy app. It’s usually pretty helpful. If it’s a dire need, I checked which ones had gas and then called that station to confirm

Half the mods don’t have Toyota’s anymore so I figured I would be welcome since it’s just a 4Runner

 

If anyone has a use some high-end but older speakers I’ll make you a hell of a deal. Also the receiver but that’s only 2 years old. Still will let it go cheap, I have no use for any of it.

The Lowes foods in hickory off 127 has had gas for the past week with no line. Just about all the stations off 127 have it. Not quite the route you are taking but close enough.

My buddy has one and absolutely loves it.

He's also a GM for a big car dealership up in Ohio, but he's had M3/M4/M5, Hellcat, Viper, etc.

Although he's not really a car guy, he had a new Dodge Power Wagon when they first came out (say 5-7 years ago?), and loved that thing too. I drove it one night drunk and it was the biggest POS I've ever driven. Couldn't imagine how terribly it would have drove if I was sober, LOL

 

We have one at our Audi dealership for only $99,998!

 

Can you doing thing with this truck other than show off?
