Sweet looking rig. Only thing that would make it complete is a console vault. You really need one of those before upgrading to 37's.

Truthfully though, that looks amazing and now I demand to see 37" Rugged Treks on there... promise you, you'll be the first.

You sure you know what your talking about? For instance a KO2 tire in a size 265/70r17 in a D load weighs 52.8 pounds and in a E load it weighs 53.4 pounds. So if BFGoodrich rounds the tire weight like Mickey Thompson typically does then they both would weigh the same. More than likely the rep was giving your friend the correct info.

HA! The guy questioning validity of sources just regurgitated what a consumer rep told him.... Hey bud, I think anyone here could have told you EXACTLY what your consumer rep told you but I'm so glad you weren't smart enough to know, and aren't smart enough to notice he is deferring or doesn't know what Goodyear's business plan is. This also comes from a guy who buys new tires every year! THIS IS RICH! Please continue to make a fool of yourself; I'll be anxiously waiting... And don't forget to include any more consumer rep stories you may have! HAHA

Glad to be here! I promise my posts will be civil... unless responding to the 'know-it-all' type that offers nothing constructive (ironic, right??? HA!). Anyway, I appreciate the welcome (even if sarcastic) and apologies for my petty post...

Nothing sarcastic about my welcome post....I appreciated the first post rant more than I'd like to admit. Don't hold back, call everyone out on their shit....it would warm my heart, if I had one.

Has there been any definitive answer on sttmax / rugged trek. If max is discontinued or that kinda thing. I hope not. I was planning to get stomach as my tires when the wranglers wear out

Nothing definitive. You may have trouble if you try to order from DT though.

I was questioning what a Discount Tire rep told this member. Last time I checked Discount tires HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COOPER TIRES which was proven when the Copper rep I talked to discounted everything this member was told by the Discount Tire employee.

So your one to believe anybody, even a TW member, as much as you would believe something from the actual source?

Your basically saying we should believe everyone who is not affiliated with a brand and discount what someone who actually works for the company has to say?

And because I like to try new tires every year means what? It’s amazing how many uninformed, immature, and childish people troll on this site.

I vote for diversity - run the 'knife blades' in front and the 'mountain peaks' in the rear, or vice versa!

Oh man, here we go... First, no I don't just believe anybody... blah blah blah, never did I claim to. Second, I don't just believe any non-affiliate... blah blah blah, never did I claim to. Third, and DEFINITELY MOST IMPORTANT, your decision to buy tires once per year because you get "antsy" means we can all disregard anything that little brain of yours tries to cipher. BUT I do really enjoy a good laugh so please continue and let me reference one of my favorite quotes from Billy Madison, below! HAHA!

"What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

    Oh man, here we go...

First, and DEFINITELY MOST IMPORTANT, I never said I buy tires every year because I get “antsy.” Maybe if you could actually read and comprehend things a little better you could understand what I was saying. But then again, your just another troll on TW so I guess I should forgive you for your misfortunes.

Go make some popcorn and watch another Adam Sandler movie.
