Lol that’s really tough. Maybe you could get in contact with the landlord and work out some sort of special deal. She’ll pay the first month of the lease but the landlord knows to start looking for a new tenant

 

Thanks, no she likes them a lot and she has until Saturday to let them know in order to get the best price lol.

 

I thought about that haha, i just told her not to renew last night and to trust me so i already pretty much ruined it . Shes been dropping ring hints every which way so i know thats what she wants lol.

 

PS id just ask her to move in with me but her family is very traditional so she has to be engaged before that happens lol.

RADAR CHECK: We have a a few patches of light rain over the Tennessee Valley of North Alabama, and near the Mississippi border early this morning, but the rest of the state is dry with a mostly cloudy sky. We will mention just a few isolated showers around during the day today, otherwise the sky will be occasionally cloudy with a high between 77 and 81 degrees.

TOMORROW THROUGH THE WEEKEND: So far, the warmest temperature for 2021 at Birmingham is 85 degrees, recorded on April 13, April 28, and May 3. We should top that by Friday as a strong upper high builds across the Southeast U.S. We are forecasting mostly sunny days, and fair nights tomorrow night Sunday; temperatures reach the low 80s tomorrow, mid 80s Thursday, and upper 80s Friday. Then, look for a high at or just over 90 degrees by the weekend, the hottest so far this year.

NEXT WEEK: The ridge stays in place, and we could reach the mid 90s Monday and Tuesday. FYI; the all time high for the month of May at Birmingham is 99, recorded on May 28, 1962, and May 29, 1898. ON THIS DATE IN 1883: The massive tornado outbreak on record in Illinois affected the northern and central parts of the state. At least 14 strong to violent tornadoes touched down killing 52 people. The largest death toll from a single tornado was 12, with 50 injuries, from an estimated F4 tornado which moved from near Jacksonville to 5 miles west of Petersburg. This tornado destroyed the town of Literberry.

ON THIS DATE IN 1980: Mount Saint Helens erupted, spewing ash and smoke sixty-three thousand feet into the air. Heavy ash covered the ground to the immediate northwest, and small particles were carried to the Atlantic coast.
