It's automatically updated in the sense that...it is manually updated automatically by Vin as soon as stuff becomes available

More seriously, to my knowledge, as soon as a blem becomes available (or a batch of X number of blems), the 1st page gets updated and there's a notification (new post) from Vin announcing the "release" AFAIK. Watch the thread WITH email notifications!
