Look at the mid travel 2.0 thread, that would be the next step up in suspension.

Installed new inner/outer tie rod, upper ball joint, lower ball joints and sway bar links. All Moog. All of which have zerk fittings.....which now brings my total count of zerk fittings on the truck from 5 to 15.

Website shows they've gon out of business.
They look cool. I wonder if there are any other companies out there making these since this company has closed.

None. Pretty strait forward and simple. There’s numerous YouTube videos on how to change them out.

Chassis Unlimited Octane Bumper. She sits High and Tight but to be quite honest as for recovery points and strength I have no feedback. Looks, quality, and fitment are top notch:thumbsup:

one way is to take the rack out to do poly rack bushings and put it on a bench vice to replace TRE's (inner, outer)
the Moog one safety lock washer is a bit smaller than stock. You hammer the edges flat as a safety lock.
I'm not sure the best tool to use, in terms of fitment and torque. Because that matters.
Fitment matters more to make it fit in through the side to work on the inners if it's still in truck.
And leverage to get good torque on them.
If replacing the stock ear clamps they're not too expensive and are fragile/easy to accidentally break when tightening.

Looks good but it fits too tightly, when the body starts flexing off-road your fenders are going to get dented up pretty bad.

My ARB sits 3/4" below the fender and still dented it from body flex.

the gap is adjustable like other bumpers. I initially had about a 7/8" gap for that reason initially but after looking at the awkward gap for a couple days I actually re-adjusted to what is like a 1/4" gao shortly after. My truck stays primarily on the street with light offroad duties during hunting/guiging season but I am never flexing it to that degree for my application. No issues in 10,000 miles and over a year of installation with it. I think if I were using it more as a trail rig I would have a larger gap or chosen a more "protective" bumper with welded recovery points.
