Besides, diet is the most fundamental part of weight loss. People don't realize how much calories are in food. "I spent an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill walking briskly to earn that snickers" like, no, you maybe burnt off a baby snickers, you got another kilamanjaro to climb for the full thing, GO!

Drink till you throw up. Problem solved... then you feel like shit the next day and dont eat for fear of making it worse.

soda is one of americas biggest diet problems...






and people let their kids drink stuff like this way too early

I exercise so I can eat...
My favorite is "I did 10,000 steps today...I'm going to treat myself..."
That's not exercise...that's life...hence the daily recommended calories...You don't get to 2x your input because you increased the baseline....
One of the greatest scams was convincing people to track their steps as if they are MORE exercise...If you see it as meeting the minimum then ok...
