Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

First thing I did when I decided I was on the fat path...was switch to seltzer...I was downing Coke and MT Dew..6 liters+ a week..
Sit down to gaming session and kill a 2L bottle in a night....

I lost 25lbs in one year JUST cutting out soda....
Then I started exercising and lost another 20+.....
I can do a strict diet too (low carbs, low sugar, no beer, no pasta...) and shave about 10lbs off...I did that one summer to see if I could get abs..I did but I was miserable. I learned that everyone over 30 with abs is miserable because you can't eat anything good....I've got to enjoy some things....

 

Remember - every 5lb bag of sugar is completely fat free!

 

Low Sodium too! and Zero Cholesterol!

 

I was absolutely cut through high school and college. Ran cross country, lifted weights, played a variety of intramural sports.

If my 22 year old self saw me now, he'd kick my ass with no regrets.

 

Ok $NVDA 7 more days like that and my $650 calls might yield something...

 

There really is a...back to the geology....plateau...at around 28...

i was the same...dont get me wrong, I'm not fat at all. i have the meanest metabolism on earth and it takes a lot for me to gain 3 pounds, but i used to eat so unhealthy it was disgusting.

im talking i could eat a box of the 8 pack poptarts in 3 days, i would eat 2-3 honey buns a day......i used to scoop 2 big spoon fulls of sugar into a bowl of honeynut cheerios....for breakfast...at 6am. i hate milk...unless it has 3 spoons of sugar in it.

heart health, right?

my wife hates me because i could literally eat anything unhealth all day every day and not gain a pound

but just recently my body has changed and the things i consume are physically affecting my health. im only 28 and felt like some boomer in his late 50s

 

ah geology.... there are so many rocks randomly spread around my house from the kids, they think everything is a crystal worth a million bucks.

You don’t have to be miserable, you just weren’t doing it right...

 

I have abs too, you just can't see them is all.

BTW I love honey nut...but I cut out breakfast as unneeded calories...I consolidate my meals into a 6 hour window...plus for as good as cheerios are for your heart...check out that fucking sodium number...it's INSANE...I try to cut out sodium and added sugars...
