    My buddy who runs the powdercoat business, his dad is pretty high up in a large machine shop. I also have a really good friend who stood in my wedding that works there. He just sent me this from his dad....

    "We run 2 machine centers everyday on a special job that requires extruded aluminum. Been running these for at least 10 years. We use a tractor trailer load of material each month. The mills can no longer process it due to raw material shortage. Their next shipment to us is 42 weeks out!"

    Yeah I hate it for them, they are a really large machine/fab shop. My buddy has been working there since 1991. We grew up across the street from each other, he's the guy I fixed the bent front end loader for back a couple months ago.
