Sounds like a shenanigans company that went OTC so they can pay employees in options and shares. There's a few I know of that have a regular cycle of +- 50% and I think it's from when employees are paid in stock options, they immediately sell. Which drives it down a bit.

So of course AMC is going to finish just below my bought calls while still being in the money for my call I sold. maximum loss for me. I’ll roll it. Still have to recalculate my cost basis if I factor in the expiring calls that went off a cliff Wednesday

What expiry are your calls?

 

Sell the old call and buy a new one at a later expiry. It's automated with the "roll call" option on E-Trade but that's all it's really doing.
