3" Lift.. Do I need a Dif Drop?

    28/20 Tint, Hood Protector, Vent Visors, 3" AAL's, Front Level Kit, Gas Shocks in the Rear, Tow Hitch, Black Step-Bars, Bull Bar, Off Road Lights
    Hey Everyone;
    I just put a 3" AAL/Spacer on my 06 Access Cab 4x4, do I need to do a dif drop? Please advise!!

    I have heard a lot of people say they did not do a diff drop on a 3" lift. They say its not needed. Only when you go above 3" will you need it.

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    thats what i've heard to. i'm planning on the 2.5" spacer up front and getting the extra 1" in the rear from the suspension upgrade...so it should be levelish and i dont really wanna do a dif drop either

    My TuffCountry 3' AAL Lift Kit came w/a diff spacer.

    I wnet back to the place today and talked to them about it, yah me be stupid, the dif drop was part of the kit... :eek:

    well i guess since i wont really be lifting my rear, i wont need it now

    i would do whatever is necessary to try to keep all the angles stock. after the lift i would definately do the drop to reduce wear adn tear on CV and UV joints.
