We almost use to give them away when I was a butcher at the old wd. It should be good

 

I had asked them if they had any smaller ones since I only have a bullet smoker and he said that they were such a good deal because they were all the big! I’ll probably cut it in half and use both racks.

 

Can you hang it in the smoker?

 

Geez...been missing you all....it's been busy upon returning to work. My counterpart in machine shop passed away last Sunday, 1/2 the crew in training this week...thank goodness it's Friday.
I'll be grilling for the holiday provided the rain let's up...I fear the frogs may start gasping for air soon...
