why does Mr. Toyota say never change automatic transmission fluid?

After reading this thread I learned that I should:
Park Taco in Nassau Bahamas. Once that is done, consult my Dad, Co-worker, Boss and/or tractor mechanic every 10K miles on partial, full, or no fluid changes.

At first I was nervous about doing the right thing. Now that I understand how simple tranny fluid maintenance is, I feel much better.
