1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

First place I got to mess with a MIG welder, learned on stick, had all Miller SureArc 255 units. Cheap and effective, they're great to learn on. My last job I was on a huge 650a unit and the bigger gun took a lot of getting used to but I loved it.

 

I've been hoarding HF gift cards for awhile so I'll probably just end up getting a Vulcan or Titanium unit

 

if I lived in a place where I could hit the range more easily I probably would be bothering you about it

 

I've never experienced a cherry bomb make anything quieter haha. But I'll take your word for it. 350 in that little thing is probably fun, hell even a TDI was pretty fun. I just don't like hatchbacks at all, can't get over the looks.

 

Its CO can't you just sit on your roof and shoot at the mountains

for a plasma? I'd probably jump on the HF one since it's not an everyday item and I'm never cutting more than 1/4" thick

 

It made it maybe 15 percent quieter but they act as resonators and kill a lot of the annoying drone-y frequencies

Last time I went target shooting with my grandfather in Missouri, was the day after xmas and the range was closed, so we just parked along the side of the highway, walked maybe a quarter mile down the creek and plunked away at cans there with his .22 and blew up small trees with his 12g.

 

I went to pull the crawler's propane tank to fill it and it was full. I guess past me was a true bro

 

Maybe when you move out to the country side, that way you've got shit b....I mean shooting cars on your front lawn to practice on

 

several of our counties allow shooting on private property as long as you can ensure bullets do not leave the property

 

Don't forget to get a plasma cutter also. You'll find out real quick how nice it is to have one.

 

Normally Friday nights and weekend in the evening. Friday nights 7 till whenever at night and weekends around 4-5ish pm till 11ish.
