Man, I've been so busy the PC doesn't even turned on for porn or youtube anymore.

I could jump on COD if everyone's on during my work week though.

Yeah ok, one step at a time

I'll skip all that and just buy a ton of discs and 2 grinders.

Finally got my Ramsey RE8000 back from the machine shop. Set it down right side up in the garage and oil came flooding out of the mounting bolt holes. It appears the shop drilled straight through past the depth of each mounting hole. I didn't notice when I picked it up since I was rushing to get back to work.

Told my old roommate (who convinced me to buy it a year ago) and he just said "lol I'll take it off your hands if you want" which means free winch for him. I can't weld aluminum and won't be in the position to do so in the near future. We are back on speaking terms since we had to in order to move out of that house. But we obviously aren't friends after he said that.

That's just feels like such a hack job. And a headache down the roads if it starts leaking. I want to know why the machine shop ignored our agreement and just said drill press go brrrrr.

The place I worked would have caught that mistake and had it welded and tapped to correct depth if they made the mistake.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
Use some pipe thread sealer and put it together, probably won’t have an issue. But yea. Super shitty

I had a machine shop drill through an oil galley on an engine... they paid for a new block... my buddy said fuck it and he sealed it with pipe tape shit. 5 years later still no leak

I'd say it made both the trucks sound better bc the tone was tighter and less drone-y. I fkn hate exhausts like flowmaster bc of the drone

    But yes, aren't we all?:luvya:

I’ll call the shop Monday and go from there. I’m just not interested in using thread sealant.

Plan was to just deal with the slightly fewer threads on that one bolt. There are 8 mounting bolts so it didn't seem like a big deal. But those two bolt holes in the picture go straight into the case now. They normally mount like the bottom picture.
