It comes from my oil catch can. I bought a morso that came with an air breather to vent to atmosphere but decided to route it back to my intake instead. Worried about evap codes.

I don’t think you would want the crankcase air going past the maf even though it is going through a catch can. I could be wrong though.

@OVTune A simple no would've sufficed. Then again it's not like I expected a response of any kind anyway. I get why you wouldn't want to post another eta since you've blown through half a dozen, at least. Just tired of sitting in the dark, wondering wtf the new hold up is

I have 2 more boxed that I need to ship. A few I need to figure out shipping to the new owners.
You are right, I do not want to post an ETA right now, but will not be long. I have been trying to make some improvements, but mainly trying to fully iron out the tune

Here's a vid of what my truck sounds like on cold start. I swear I'm not crazy.

Starting to wonder if it's exhaust mani to block. But all the connections look great, bolts are spicy...ugh.

yes that is an exhaust leak without a doubt.

wait until the truck is fully cold, and if you can, have someone start it up. if you can get your hand in the wheel well you can easily feel where the exhaust is leaking out from. (when it's started)

quickly before the exhaust gets hot. Many sound crazy but I've done this many times on cars back when I worked at a performance shop. As long as the exhaust is cold you've got 10-15 seconds or so to feel around.

@OVTune can I have a link to whatever gaskets are used for exhaust mani to block, passenger side? Just in case it ends up being that. Because with my luck... :notsure:

I feel like you might as well take it all off and replace them all and put it back together. You gotta be getting close to having done that by now tho

I feel like you need a shop that specializes with turbocharged cars/trucks. Find a shop with a Redline Smoke machine and it should be blatantly obvious where the leak is coming from. I bet most VW/Audi performance shops in your area will have one of these.

@OVTune , I would like to upgrade the exhaust, when i install the PowerMax kit, with fuel pump and new injectors.
    - do you have a recommended exhaust setup that simplifies the tune? Or how does this work?
    - How does the tune deal with changing VE, from say a boost controller increasing boost? Does every change to boost require flashing a new tune?
