What size is that? Looks too skinny for a 12.50.

Huh, maybe it's just the camera lense.

switch it out for green or blue lights and you will like it. We used green or blue in our helicopter with NVGs.

I feel like blue or green is an awful idea...

Both are very short intense wavelengths and will ruin your night sight adjustment.

Heck I had to put electrical tape over any blue LED in my room just to sleep they're that distracting.

Red is where it's at man. Preserve your low light adjustment.

Copy. You never used NVGs. Red is the anti christ to NVGs. That is why we use green or blue lights with our NVGs. Red light affects the rods in your eye more than green or blue. This is the reason we use green or blue in the military with NVGs.

I actually have used noodles before but admittedly my experience wasn't much more than here try these on, oh damn that's cool, alright give them back. I think they were Gen IV?

Whatever the Marines were using back in '07.

The other set I had access to was Gen 1 I think and it was just pretty awful in general, they used IR illumination.

My only other experience with "night optics" is thermal, but color doesn't really factor in at that point.

Good to know. I have a Gen 3 PVS14 monocular for my fake BB wars. I have a Princeton Tec MPLS but it's only white/red.

Shoot... I know I've seen that guy before but can't think of where now...

That's not the thermostat housing gasket is it?

I've been playing for a little over 10 years. It's nice to see new players almost every week.
I helped a new player last week, it was his first time there and I had him follow ne throughout the day.

I played a couple times at Fort Drum in New York and I also played at West Point.

It was the o ring under the oil cooler.
I was pretty surprised how brittle and smashed flat it was. I thought for a second the dealership sent me home with the wrong part. The truck had a tiny oil leak. Took a couple days to figure out where because I thought it was leaking where the oil filter housing meets the block and didn’t realize there is an o ring under the cooler.

I used to play back in Japan with my buddies, had a couple of cheap Marui manual cocking springers, I do still own some green gas blow backs from then but I was the only one of my buddies whom had a true semi auto made the games unfair. One was more so for training and the other was a Samurai Edge for, well, cosplay anyways so... :notsure:

I got my first AEG (Thompson) a while ago but it's jammed up right now and I haven't had time to figure out what happened with it.

Only really used it for taking out wasp nests anyway.

Still I think Airsoft is cooler than paintball.

If that's the case I have not seen one of those.

Good knowledge to keep in my back pocket though, would have figured the oil cooler would use a tapered thread and been self sealing.

The oil cooler has that bolt through the middle that has a little o ring. ( somewhere in there I never actually saw it, I pulled it out, swapped in the big o ring and torqued it back together) This is the big one where it sandwich’s together underneath. There’s a little grove it tucks into. The leak was more of a seep. I caught a little drip forming on the nipple that drains the oil. I stuffed a little chunk of paper towel in way down there and went for a drive and found some fresh oil on it. I was going to replace the o rings for the housing unit I watched a YouTube video of a guy swapping in a oil cooler in his 4Runner to get a better look at it. He flipped his cooler over and put the o ring in it and I was like no shit that’s my problem. I had no clue and couldn’t find anything on TW about it. Everything here points towards the timing chain cover, but this was really high and the belt had been flinging it all over not helping pin point it.
