    Thanks

My radio died again (it’s was replaced 2 years ago) I almost bought a $900 alpine halo. My tires have 50,000 miles on them and I was looking at some between $850-$1200. Plus my neighbor said I should replace the spare.
    (So 5 tires to purchase).

    lol

my wife said with all this money to buy a new radio, tires, and all the maintenance due….. iF I Can get a great deal I should get a new one.

I still think it was because I was sitting on my ass all morning on my Friday off!

I cleaned out all my stuff , washed the truck, cleaned the interior and filled up the slow leaking tire.

You would not believe the amount of crap/gear/stuff we keep in a vehicle after 5 years!

Shockingly I found several Tacomas available.

I also looked at buying a white OFFRoad but it was $3k more and…. It was auto. I wanted a manual for a while but my wife said she wouldn’t drive it. Yes it sounds good but on our 5,000 mile summer road trips a second driver is necessary. when the destination is is a state that has casinos and gives away free adult beverages if you gamble that is! Guess I get to teach her how to drive stick this weekend!

I figured out a good method for this back when I talked my Girlfriend into buying a manual transmission car even though she couldn't drive it. I took her to a parking lot and taught her the basics. Then, we went to a bar that night and I drank too much to drive. She had to drive home, and has been proficient ever since. :)

I waited for you to talk me out of it. . My wife said I should buy a new one. I saw a manual available in white and another dealer had a TRD off road in white ($3k more) so I went . Told the dealer I thought it was a white truck but it just came in and wasn’t in the system yet and they used a stock Toyota photo.

Did I mention it was a 6speed Manual?

    Thanks!

My 17 didn’t have all the TSS stuff so I may regret all of this in Chicago traffic!
I’ve missed having a manual. FYI my 17 Auto would dust this thing off the line.

The trade in money they offer right now and being a manual I figured this one will have even better value at the end.

    :headbang:

Yep! My wife is going to get the parking lot manual driving school. (Everyone should know how to drive one) I told my 15 year old she’s going to learn it also. We bought the kid a used car a few months ago and has actual keys vs fob. She laughed and said you have a key now!
    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Thanks!

I plan on pulling the air dam this week, probably removing the skid to paint it at work, and may put my soft tonneau back on. The Toyota Roof rack is already on it!

Damn ….. left my Demon brackets on my 2017
