I already have purchased the dongar mirror plug for my front dash cam and it's working great.
I have acquired another dash cam i want to install in my back window. My truck is a 2021 sport DCSB and I was hoping someone has an idea on either hard wiring from a power source in the rear or a way to cleanly install/hide the plug that came with the dash cam.

Short path:Use a small fish tape to sneak it across the headliner to the dome light.

Easy path: down the c-pillar trim and then forward under the door sills.

Splitter at the mirror plug and power it that way?

Both great ideas. I'll try the dome light and if that don't work I'll go the c-pillar route

I ran mine down the c-pillar trim and then forward under the door sill, under the rear carpet to the USB port inside the center console.

Just make sure the draw isn't too much. I don't think it would be though.
