I'm also in Calvert County. Platinum Motorsport EastCoast next to Chick Fil A in Prince Frederick did my install over 2 years ago. Avery's Automotive and Glass is my go-to mechanic for regular maintenance I can't do myself or don't want to do myself. If it's just installing coilovers and struts, Avery's might be able to help you. Swing by their shop sometime during the week before 6pm and tell them Joe W sent you!

 

I've been to a truck/car event at least once monthly. SARS-COV-2(COVID-19) didn't shut down any auto enthusiasts.

 

Damn as well as Ill be in Warsaw VA this weekend. I forgot about the last one, went out late and caught the Brown Hilux getting onto 270.

Morning MD. Still working on flooring. Time to rip up more old faded and beat hardwood to put in the new stuff.

 

You're a machine Eric. We've been considering getting rid of the carpet. I would go the easy route though and go with engineered laminate panels in a tile look. A our interior trim and doors is oak, and our kitchen cabinets are cherry. So it might be wood overload with it on the floor too. We also need something more grippy for Phoenix. She's making a daily habit of playing tag with me before our walks lately. I would hate to see her slide into a table or the wall LOL.

I've been busy getting the double cardan joint apart on the 4runner driveshaft that A1 Drive Shaft buggered up, I found out exactly what they did. They used a center ball that was too small in diameter to press fit into the bore, so they tried to stake it in place, which didn't work. I can literally move the center ball and race up and down the bore with my finger, it's supposed to be a press fit so that it doesn't move.
