If so, which one? Pretty cheap insurance at ~$20 incase tire inflator fails.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
It’ll take hours of pumping to fill a truck tire. Good luck with that

I filled up a tiny passenger car tire with a bicycle pump once. My arms are still sore. That was a decade ago.

If you've already got a matching full size spare, and on board air, and you're still really wanting a redundant emergency solution you could carry a can of fix a flat (it will wreck your TPMS sensor and make future balancing difficult though and it will need rebalanced but if an emergency is an emergency...) Or bring a CO2 "Power Tank" bottle with you.

I mean, I've filled a stock Tacoma tire back up with air before using a large bycicle pump (from like 22 psi - 32 psi), and to be honest, it wasn't too bad
it took a couple minutes, but it worked - one thing to note is that the piston-cylinder-pumpy thing does get a little warm from the constant friction
The one that I used kinda looked like this:

Calculating volume of a tire as a taurus, by increasing the tire size only one size up from the stock (30-in to a 31-in) you're effectively increasing the volume by 30%, and this is at one atmosphere that is then compounded by having to bring the pressure up to 30+ psig. And if my math is correct, that should scale linearly meaning going up to a 32 inch would be increasing volume by over 66% overstock x30+, if you're even willing yo try filling up a tire like that, you really will wear yourself out or burn up the bicycle pump before you've done anything productive.

It can be done but as stated there’s too much volume in a truck tire. You’ll probably burn through all the calories in a bacon cheeseburger just to fill 1 tire.

This guy did 705 pumps total to get what looks like a 285/70-17 to 36 psi. 200 pumps alone just to get from 0-10.

This guy went a step further and seated the bead

Seating a bead with a manual air pump, either that guy is a masochist or he's got some serious practice pumping things up and down.

I helped a lady who had a leak in her tire with a bicycle tire plug and bicycle pump. It took all of 15mins to get her rolling again enough to get to a tire store.

I'm not recommending filling truck tires with bike pumps, but if you really want to do it...

Bike pumps are sometimes categorized as "high volume"/"HV"/"mountain bike" pumps and "high pressure"/"HP"/"road bike" pumps.

High volume pumps are designed to move lots of air with each pump, but are only capable of pumping to around 50psi. High pressure pumps move less air per pump, but are able to reach 140psi or higher.

High pressure pumps are more common. You can always use a high pressure pump to fill a high volume/low pressure tire, but a high volume pump might not be able to fill a high pressure tire to a useful PSI.

If you want to fill a truck tire, look for a high volume pump.

Pay attention to the pump's valve type compatibility, too. Bike use either presta or schrader valves. Cars and trucks use schrader valves. Most bike pumps work with either valve type but there are some presta-only pumps out there.
