209 TACOS - B/S and shenanigans

Finally my light covers come in

 

Anyone interested in or know someone looking for some OEM wheels from a 2015 Double Cab SR5 prerunner? 16” 6 lugs. I took them off more than year ago and figured i'd try to sell them but here I am more than a year later with them just gathering dust in my patio. I'm moving soon and i don't want to lug them to my next home. They're definitely dusty but no scratches or rust. Was gonna throw them on craigslist for free but figured i'd ask on here first if anyone wants them for free, only requirement is they just need to picked up in Modesto.

Now that i think of it the full spare under my truck is the same wheel. gonna have to replace that too because my new wheels/tires are an inch bigger.

If no one bites, any suggestions what I should do with them? any local places that would take them like a scrap or junk yard?



I also have two OEM radios. 1 navigation unit and one not. The nav unit worked great for the most part but every few months it would reset itself and I'd lose all my settings. I updated the firmware which helped a lot but didn't resolve that completely. The non navigation unit never gave me any issues. I swapped it out for the nav unit i bought off another TW thread some years back. both are up for grabs too

I need friends to show me around the area! My wife and i just moved over to Oakdale right off the 120. Been wheeling all over Colorado with the TW guys out that way. Now I need folks to egg me on and tag along for some light to medium stuff out this way. I hear this section of the forum is active and supportive. This is what im working with(my daily).

Anyone up for a Tacoma - coffee and rigs meet in the 209? Turlock or Modesto? Once a week or biweekly? should we make a flyer ? Has this been tried before?

 

I'm in the area and very much in need of something like this. I struggle with taking ACTION when I have the desire to get out and mingle when I'm alone. My wife is preggers and isn't too interested in the woods and trucks at the moment (don't know what her deal is ).

 

Shit, Matt used to host so many frequent mod days it could have counted as a monthly truck meet lol

 

We've got to get back to this!

I'm up for coffee 24/7 too though.

 

My neighbors across the street moved away (sad face). And so far, I don't know if I like this new guy.

We need to have a good mod day, so we can pack 10 or 15 Tacoma's up and down the street... so I can reassert my dominance in the neighborhood.

 

Lets do this , for real ... would Mondays work best? or taco Tuesday? weekly, biweekly, or once a month? ...

 

How about 10 or 15 Tacomas and a Prius?
