I had the exact same issue.
I ordered a brand new evga ps but before it came in, I carried that heavy ass case to the garage and used my air compressor to blow everything out.

It stopped crashing and my new ps sits unopened. I wish I would have saw your post earlier.

Have you tried another vid card? I'd try that and ram before blaming the motherboard.

If it was motherboard would that cause other issues as well?

Everything in it is pretty much spotless all brand new except for vid card. I played it for about 2 weeks after being built before this happened.. I don't have a spare video card to check, is there a test I can do?

Yup. There is no shortage of chassis and board options out there. Linus even did an all metal build (metal base, switches, and keycaps) for fun that cost a ton of cash.

I’ve done the pi hole. Was really tempted to go down the rabbit hole and do the YouTube blocking with it.

EDIT: HULU not YouTube. It was the only one that didn’t get blocked “out of the box”. You had to hijack your own dns to point the ads to a locally stored blank, 2 second video. Or one of your cats. Anything. Haven’t used it in a while, maybe it blocks Hulu now.

Also had one that was purely an emulator for my tv. SNES, genesis, nes, 64 (which sucked without a 64 controller).

So much you can do with them.

I used one to control relays for an autmoated seedling grow system. Controlled lighting, and then watered when a moisture sensor dropped below a certain level through an ADC. Then I used one for a simply solenoid valve on a garden hose to water the garden via a soaker hose at a rental house; benefit of the rPi being I could SSH in and control it when away. All these were run off Pi Zero W's. Then the last rPi I used was the start of a solar charge controller w/small solar panel + home made LiPo battery weather station that would then control the garden watering Pi automatically but then we moved and I haven't dug it all out to finish it.

Threw everything in a 5000D Airflow.
Swapped to an H150i, added some dummy RAM and RGB fans for shits and giggles.
