I thought that started in 2011/12 for the restoration project did they run out of money?

My Grandparents used to stay at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel in the mid 60's and 70's which is across the Street I think it was and would talk about this sign.....

I’m sure you’re correct, I was down there this weekend and didn’t know too much about it.
Looking at some old photos they definitely cleaned it up.

 

The ruling in the past was to wait until about 6 or 7 pm west coast time because the winner may be at work. If nothing is sent to me by tomorrow morning, I will pick this week's challenge and @omegaman2 will pick the winner from my challenge.

 

So not a water balloon fight?
