Was walking through an older neighborhood yesterday - small lots, houses that took up most of the space, and the garage was around the back so there was no car-hole in front. Felt really good, so much more of a neighborhood feel than some of the new communities with the enormous streets and front-of-house garages. Less maintenance too, I bet I could mow that lawn in less than 30 min.

This was a first for me, I'll keep grabbing them since the flavors are on point haha. Thanks! All I look for is caffeine content, 300 mg is plenty :D

I typically drink those if I don’t take my amino acid pre workout with caffeine that I have before I get a HIIT workout in. I like all of them minus the sour apple one because I yacked during a workout lol.

I had to stop with the pre workout drinks before going to the gym, started feeling like I was going to have a heart attack at 40 if I kept it up lol.

I'm not sensitive to caffeine at all really, but all the other stuff they put in those things makes me jittery af. If I need energy before the gym I'll take half a caffeine tab (100mg) with a protein shake

This is what I take and I have took a fuck ton of pre workout supplements and this by far is my favorite just due to recovery.

Other then that, I take gorilla mode pre workout if I’m gonna lift heavy but since baby I have like a hour to get a HIIT workout in lol

yeah I feel you on that. I usually squeeze in 30 - 45 min a few days a week. Luckily the gym I go to is walking distance from home so I'm never gone more than an hour
