Test fit the transmission and t-case together today. For anyone curious, the R156F went to a male output so you can just bolt up the auto FJ case, no removal of that male-male adapter required.

Since i took mine off already, i heated it up sufficiently with the propane torch and then it slid right back on. After that everything bolted right up and appears to be working as it should. Im waiting on the transmission mount and the shifter to come in now, then itll be time to modify the crossmember

I bow to you and your epic modding skills and ideas. I still remember three years ago when you were asking me the noob questions... it makes a tear come to my eye.

    Thanks John! :hattip:

Thank's man! I appreciate you answering all those questions for me lol, lord knows there were a lot of them. Getting thrown in the fire goes a long way as far as figuring things out. Things started out as a nightmare and have kind of turned into an adventure :fistbump:

    She's a freshy :D

    Howdy Bill!!

Did some maintenance this weekend. Not more squeaky squeaky over every single bump

No sir, still getting parts together slowly. Also realized im gonna probably do a 1 piece rear driveshaft, so i'm gonna need to do my spring under axle conversion before it becomes 4wd so i only have to do that once. Sooo.. looking like 4wd swap is gonna be delayed a few months unfortunately

The plan is to go +2.25 LT eventually up front, so DMZ SUA out back is what i've been looking at to keep things somewhat matched travel wise. The front LT is years down the road, but everything i've read is that you should do the back first, so that's what my plan was.. Im not really into crawling, so the 4wd swap will mainly be for more traction and the goal for the truck is more of the prerunner style build

Repainted the passenger side slider today. Did the driver side a while back and ive been putting this side off. Turned out pretty nice for a windy day
