Unusual to have the light on with no codes. Is your scan tool capable of talking with the airbag ECU?

This was before corona caused all the office staff to work from home. Full disclosure - I never joined the coffee club. Instead I wasted my money at the three Tim Hortons onsite...

@Snail81 and I were across the road (507) from you! Did the Gooderham Trail northbound. First 2/3 of the trail was easy. Last 1/3 was similar difficulty as Ardbeg North Trail. Of course the 35" Kenda commie tires rolled through it all with ease.

    ltHwPU0Z5k7zWiAtEJrD921grF-Mqro-6GoCN7xu_99dbd935fc31ab33b6296c331be5cbf21ade49bb.jpg 8f1KwJAGILJOYny1rJQ9jnpusMfNiq9AmM9tVyns_336323772c0863692718ab0da44f58b900992c21.jpg

The twin-piston AliExpress compressor now takes about 60 sec to inflate a 35" tire from 15 to 30 psi. Previously it was 40 sec for 32" Duratracs.

I wonder if you have to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset or is it a dealer that has to reset it? Just from my limited research on tw.

Didn't you disconnect the battery when replacing the clockspring?

I am going to see what Tech stream says today, about the airbag.

Was to busy the other day to check it when we refilled the transmission level. That is a hell of a job, the 1st time learning how to do it.

You don't have to worry about temp check mode. Just give 'er some throttle (say 2000 rpm) and monitor the fluid temp PID. Once it's in range, open the check plug. Most dodgy part is getting under the truck while it's running, and avoiding touching the cats with your arm.

Did the job in 2015 with a noname OBD2 dongle and Torque Pro on a tablet.

Yea we did with the temp check mode.
We also used my phone to see how close we were getting, with the FLIR on the bottom of the transmission pan.

It helped us be confident we didnt over heat it and the mode was working. We just wanted to ensure we did it correctly.. So following a guide helps do that

Now that I have done it, I understand the entire process and it will be no problem next time.

So how awesome is this. My woman did this - didn’t need my help at all! She wanted to power wash the salt stains off the carpet.

Will I notice 5100s in the rear only on a basically stock truck with no weight and will it allow for a lift in the future with aal?

I've done exactly that...5100s rear replacing Sport Hitachis, and very noticeable in a positive way. I think you'll notice the apart from your 4100s. We have the same wheelbase.

Can't help ya with the lift question tho

    @3JOH22A @Tacotim0321

This is what Techsteam has to say about my air bag dash light.

Looks like I need a new driver side seat position sensor.
